As we prepare to open another exciting school year at the Basic Education School (BES), all learners are encouraged to stay informed and ready for a smooth transition back on campus. Please take time to read the following important reminders, schedules, and policies to ensure a well-organized and successful start of classes.

1. Classes will officially start on June 16, 2025 (Monday).
2. New learners are allowed to wear civilian clothes during the first week of classes. Please strictly observe the dress code policy. Old learners are expected to wear the prescribed school uniform starting on the first day of classes.
3. Class section assignments are now available via the Student Portal.
4. All are reminded to observe the NO PLASTIC POLICY as part of the university’s ongoing commitment to environmental advocacy.
5. The NO GOING OUT POLICY during lunch time remains in effect for all learners.
6. All BES learners are expected to be in school before 7:15 AM on the first day of classes, June 16, 2025, for the opening program.
7. GENYO Day every Friday is still in place.

Senior High School Entrance Test Schedules

As Lent comes to a close, we are about to celebrate the most sacred time of the Catholic Liturgical Year – The Paschal Triduum:

Pope Francis in his Lenten 2025 message titled, “Walking together in Hope,” has invited the faithful to live this season as a pilgrimage of conversion and trust, emphasizing the importance of synodality and Christian hope. He further emphasized that in this season of Lent, God is asking us to examine whether in our lives, in our families, in the places where we work and spend our time, we are capable of walking together with others, listening to them, resisting the temptation to become self-absorbed and to think only of our own needs.

Thus, in observance of the Holy Triduum, there will be no office work and classes on April 14-19, 2025. Regular operations will resume on April 21, 2025.

The Good Shepherd Chapel will be open for Visita Iglesia from April 14 to 19, 2025 (Monday to Saturday) at 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

On April 20, 2025, the Good Shepherd Chapel will have its regular Sunday Mass at 8:30 am.

Let us continue to walk together in faith, love, and hope.
