General Description of the Office

The Registrar’s Office serves as the University’s central service and academic support unit to:

  1. Conduct and manage processes related to registration of students
    1. Preparation of  list of subjects to be offered every term
    2. Preparation of the schedule of all subject offerings every term
  2. Collect and record student academic information
  3. Coordinate and produce official enrollment and academic certification from academic records
  4. ProvIDe support for determining academic eligibility and academic progress
  5. Process transfer credentials for outgoing undergraduate students
  6. Officially respond to requests for information about students and programs, and manages access to and release of student academic and educational information
  7. Prepare for commencement and graduation
  8. Administer in-house printing of diplomas and Transcript of Records (TOR)

Transaction of the Registrars Office

  1. Issuance of Transcript of Record, Diploma, Certifications, Student Academic Records.
  2. Submission of Enrolment Lists and HEMIS to CHED
  3. Submission of Enrolment and Terminal Reports to TESDA
  4. Authentication of Academic Records (Graduate and non-graduate)
  5. Withdrawal of enrolment
  6. Adding/ dropping of subjects

1:30 AM-5:00PM Mon to Fri
8:00 AM-12:00 Noon _ Saturday
