USL’s pioneer BLIS grad tops 2013 Librarian Board Exam;
batch posts 100% passing rate

Bilyson Domingo Alejo notched first place in the November 2013 Librarian Licensure Examination. Alejo garnered a rating of 88.05 percent.

The University of Saint Louis produced its first batch of Bachelor in Library and Information Science (BLIS) graduates, one of whom was Alejo, in April 2013.

Alejo graduated magna cum laude. He also studied in USL from elementary to high school.

Recording a 100 percent passing rate for USL, the other successful examinees from the pioneer batch include: Michelle Alilam, Iya Piarra Bais, Connie Lou Balnao, Ma. Christina Calagui, Ruby Rose Malupeng, and Onofre Unciano Jr.

Meanwhile, the University extends also its congratulations to Mrs. Daisy Dagdag of the University Libraries for passing the same board.

National passing rate is 45.80%.
